Framework Agreement Will Not Be Presented to Parliament or Government

Political sources disclosed on Wednesday that the framework agreement will not be presented to either the parliament or the government in order to avoid embarrassment.

They indicated that the framework agreement is neither binding nor final, and that subsequent agreements and treaties may emerge from it, which would require submission to the Council of Ministers and the parliament.
