France and Italy Prepare to Deploy International Coalition Forces in South Lebanon Post-UNIFIL

The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in statements to Al-Hadath channel that France is coordinating with Italy to deploy forces from an international coalition in southern Lebanon.
It added that this deployment will be supported by the United States and will take place following the conclusion of the UNIFIL mission in southern Lebanon.
The French Foreign Ministry confirmed that the deployment will occur at Lebanon's request, aiming to assist the Lebanese army in carrying out its duties and to strengthen stability in the southern region.
