Free Patriotic Movement to Hezbollah: Avoid Entering Additional Problems with Lebanese

The following statement was issued by the "Free Patriotic Movement":

We thought that a former MP and official like Nawaf Moussawi should first adhere to the limits of courtesy and decorum in expression, and secondly listen carefully and understand correctly before commenting incorrectly. Perhaps we can understand that cutting out the words of the head of the Free Patriotic Movement, MP Gebran Bassil, might pass on some people, but not on an official in Hezbollah who is supposed to understand from the media and know from dialogue with his party the truth of the positions of the head of the "Movement," his respect for, indeed constant defense of, and sincere embrace of our people in the South, Bekaa, and Dahieh.
The literal entirety of the head of the "Movement's" speech clearly includes all Lebanese, including the "Movement," its members, and supporters, who suffer the repercussions of a war into which all Lebanese were pushed outside any Lebanese national interest, because these repercussions are not limited only to Hezbollah's environment.
But it seems that Moussawi loves, as usual, speeches based on illusions, inciting sectarian tensions, and provoking all Lebanese by launching hollow slogans and phrases, a behavior rejected by the "Movement" and shunned by other Lebanese.

These attacks on the "Movement" and its head are additional proof of the correctness of our national position built on a fixed pillar: Lebanon's self-interest outside any alignment, which seems to drive some agitated individuals out of their minds, striking blindly, exactly as Moussawi did, whom everyone knows has always committed poor performance, conduct, and speech, resulting in harm to his party first and all Lebanese, making him a former MP.

Finally, at a time when the "Movement" seeks to consolidate the Lebanese position against Israeli occupation, rises above its wounds regarding past mistreatment, and calls on Lebanese to rise above their wounds over what their country has reached due to wars they did not choose to enter, and on the occasion of the second anniversary of the assassination of His Eminence the Martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, which the Movement remembers with great sorrow for his martyrdom and deep regret for his absence, which would have spared his party and Lebanon many mistakes had he been among us,
At this very moment, the "Movement" calls on Hezbollah to avoid entering additional problems with the Lebanese, which have no justification or benefit, except increasing tension and isolation, which we have always rejected and will continue to reject because they bring nothing to Lebanon but more destruction, and bring nothing to Hezbollah's environment but more problems it does not need, which we insist on sparing it, indeed increasing our embrace and love for this environment.
