Samir Geagea, head of the Lebanese Forces party, met in Meerab with a delegation from the LF coordination office in the Chouf region, led by regional coordinator Jean-Michel Aoun. The delegation included members of the coordination office and heads of local centers, attended by the party's Inspector General Edgar Maroun and Assistant Secretary for Regional Affairs Georges Eid.

During the meeting, Geagea praised the work undertaken by the regional coordinator, coordination office members, and center heads, stressing that "the priority in the upcoming phase must remain focused on caring for and strengthening the party structure and organizational framework in the region, since without a solid party structure, no party can develop, grow, or expand its presence and role."

Geagea affirmed that "the true capital of the Lebanese Forces is you, through whom its iron organization takes shape," noting that "the political and party development witnessed by the Lebanese Forces did not come out of nowhere but rests on two fundamental, inseparable pillars: first, the clear political approach followed by the LF and its firm adherence to principles and convictions; second, the continuous organizational work the party has undergone over the past years."

He emphasized that "the first pillar does not negate the second in any way, nor can the second replace the first," explaining that "positions and principles, however firm and clear, are insufficient alone to develop and advance the party unless coupled with serious and effective organizational work on the ground. Likewise, organization, however strong, cannot fulfill its role without a clear cause, fixed principles, and a political approach that shows people where it intends to lead them."

In this context, Geagea addressed the center heads, stressing "the importance of the role they play in their villages and towns, as they represent the party there and form the first direct line of contact with the people. Consequently, their performance, behavior, and manner of dealing with citizens reflect not only on themselves or their centers but on the image of the Lebanese Forces as a whole."

He affirmed that "the primary mission of the center head and party members in every village is to stand alongside the people, listen to them, and assist them with all available means, alongside diligent work to broaden the scope of party affiliation and attract more Lebanese to the project represented by the LF, without neglecting constant attention to party members and supporters, accompanying them, and maintaining continuous communication with them."

Politically, Geagea reassured attendees about Lebanon's future, affirming that "despite all the conditions and difficulties we witness, Lebanon has been placed on the right track, and thus the future is promising," clarifying that "reaching the desired future and achieving it quickly remains linked to a set of matters that must be implemented, not just factors and developments, yet the direction the country has taken is now clear." He stated: "The speed of arrival may differ, but arrival is inevitable, and certainly, there is no going back."

The meeting also served as a space for dialogue and discussion, during which Geagea deliberated with delegation members on various party, developmental, and social affairs related to the Chouf region, listening to presentations on the region's situation, the needs of its towns and villages, and the main challenges facing party work there.

The meeting began with the national anthem and the Lebanese Forces anthem, followed by a speech from Chouf regional coordinator Jean-Michel Aoun, who thanked Geagea for his trust and briefed him on the work carried out by the coordination office during the past year, as well as projects and steps currently being prepared for the next phase. He also thanked center heads and coordination office members for their efforts, affirming that "what was achieved in the region is the result of collective work, and he could not have achieved any of these results alone without their efforts, commitment, and continuous work."
