Grand Mufti Receives Egyptian Ambassador

The Grand Mufti of the Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian, received the Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Tamer Khilaf, at Dar al-Fatwa in a protocolary visit following his assumption of new duties. He was accompanied by Consul General Sharif Samih. They discussed Lebanese and Arab developments and strengthening cooperation between the two countries.

He also received the head of the Beirut Social Development Association, Ahmad Hashimiya, during which they discussed Beirut affairs, living and social conditions, and the latest developments on the Lebanese scene.
