Hajjar Receives Taliss and Confirms Continued Crackdown on Land Transport Violations and Illegal Labor in the Sector

Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmad Hajjar received the head of the land transport sector unions and syndicates, Bassam Taliss, at his office, where they discussed the conditions of the land transport sector.

Minister Hajjar affirmed that "the security forces will continue to follow up on violations related to public plates, as well as cars and motorcycles operating in violation of current laws and regulations, in addition to the file of illegal labor in the public transport sector."

In this context, Minister Hajjar requested the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces to complete the necessary procedures to control these violations and to continuously monitor the file.
