Two Israeli Mekava tanks advanced toward the Shmaysa area near Kfarshuba since 6 a.m., accompanied by an Israeli infantry force.

Information indicates that the unit conducted search operations in the area using machine guns and inspected the site of a fire that broke out two days ago near the town, amid increased Israeli military deployment in the region.

Israeli artillery targeted the area around Mount Ali al-Taher at the outskirts of Nabatiye al-Fuqaha, with the sound of shells clearly heard in the vicinity.

Meanwhile, the area around the Dabsha site in Nabatiye continues to face sustained Israeli artillery shelling, as the intensity of attacks escalates across the region.

The National News Agency also reported that artillery strikes targeted the area around Al-Munassari village in the Saida district, resulting in damage to several homes.
