Jaber Follows Up on Development Projects at the Airport and the Financial and Monetary Situations

Finance Minister Yassin Jaber and Public Works Minister Fayez Rasamny, in the presence of the Director General of Civil Aviation Captain Mohammad Aziz and the Advisor to the Minister of Public Works Hadi Moussa, reviewed the existing coordination on the subject of development projects and enhancing work capacities at Rafic Hariri International Airport, and the frameworks for addressing the reality of existing challenges under the current circumstances and the procedures adopted for managing passenger traffic and cargo transport from technical aspects, and in relation to what this airport provides as an important facility for generating revenues for the state.

On the financial front, Jaber received the Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, Karim Said, and held a lengthy meeting that addressed the issue of coordination regarding the financial and monetary situations, and ways to protect their stability.
