The regular ministerial meeting took place at the government palace.

Following the session, Information Minister Paul Marqos stated, "Today, as every week, the ministerial meeting was held at the Grand Serail under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam, with the attendance of several ministers."

At the start of the meeting, the Prime Minister highlighted the dangers posed by the Iranian-Israeli escalation and its repercussions, especially the additional waves of displacement it causes and how to manage them. He noted that Beirut, Sidon, and other regions have reached their maximum absorption capacity, while the north and Danniyeh still have some capacity remaining.

The Prime Minister also reviewed the political communications Lebanon is conducting to monitor current developments and address their consequences.

Each minister presented the needs of their respective ministries, with particular focus on relief and shelter matters.

The Prime Minister requested the Minister of National Defense to provide an overview of military developments, their repercussions, and ways to mitigate their burdens. The minister reported on Israeli attacks and assaults that have not spared civilians. He also addressed assaults on UNIFIL personnel and members, as well as on the Lebanese Army and security forces.

According to statistics presented by the Minister, military casualties since March 1, 2026, are as follows: 29 soldiers from the army, 3 from the Internal Security Forces, 1 from General Security, 13 from State Security, and 1 from the Parliament Police.

Additionally, there were 407 bombing operations, 6 bulldozing operations targeting various locations, and 6 hostile Israeli ground incursions.

The total number of martyrs reached 3,526, with 10,733 wounded.
