Lebanese Court Approves Release of Fadel Shaker in Three Cases, Fourth Decision Pending

Lebanese media reported that the military court has granted requests to release the artist Fadel Shaker in three separate cases while continuing to review a fourth case.

The television channel Al-Jadeed indicated that the military court, headed by Brigadier General Wasim Fayyad, is still examining the fourth case related to the events in Abra.

According to available information, the court is expected to issue its ruling on the fourth case within the next few hours or by early next week at the latest.

Fadel Shaker’s legal representative had submitted release requests in four cases, citing his deteriorating health condition, especially after he was unable to appear before the court during the most recent session.
