MTV reports that Military Court Prosecutor Claude Ghanem has indicted eight individuals, including Hisham Amhaz and his wife Yelena Kreshinova, on charges related to an explosives shipment.
MTV reported that the Government Commissioner at the Military Court, Judge Claude Ghanem, has indicted eight individuals in the explosives shipment case. They are:
Hisham Amhaz, Ali Al-Kurdi, Ibrahim Habib (nicknamed "Sajed"), Bilal Sabouri (nicknamed "Dhu al-Fiqar"), Mohammad Ayoub, Mohammad Zaaitar (who was in the car accompanying Amhaz and Al-Kurdi's vehicle), Mohammad Hazima (the car owner), and Yelena Kreshinova, Amhaz's wife, for crimes of assault on internal and external state security and felonies under Article 353 of the Penal Code and Articles 27 and 76 of the Weapons Law.
