Makki met with the President: To approve the loan agreement for digital transformation
Fadi Makki met with President Joseph Aoun to discuss ongoing developments, including conditions in the south and the need to fast-track the digital transformation loan agreement in parliament.
President of the Republic General Joseph Aoun received Minister of Administrative Development Fadi Makki.
After the meeting, Makki said: "We discussed the latest developments, foremost among them the situation in the south and the hardships faced by our people, which remain at the heart of our concerns and consciousness. We reaffirmed our support for the Lebanese Army and its role in ensuring security and stability and protecting state sovereignty and territorial integrity. We also discussed the necessity of accelerating the approval of the loan agreement dedicated to digital transformation in the Parliament, so as to swiftly move into the implementation phase and enhance public services."
