Ministerial Decision Extends Annual Income Tax and Petroleum Tax Declaration Deadline Until Mid-2026
Finance Minister Yassin Jaber issued a decision extending the deadline for submitting the annual income tax declaration for the year 2025 until June 15, 2026, including for petroleum rights companies and operators, along with related payment and reporting deadlines.

Finance Minister Yassin Jaber issued a decision extending until June 15, 2026 inclusive, the deadline for submitting the annual income tax declaration for the year 2025, whose original deadline ends on May 31, 2026, including for companies holding petroleum rights and operating petroleum rights companies, and paying the due tax, and the deadline for submitting the statement of the beneficial owner (Form M 18), and the deadline for the annual declaration for the year 2025 regarding amounts subject to tax under Articles 41 and 42 of the Income Tax Law and the Tax on Chapter Three.
This decision comes to provide taxpayers with the opportunity to comply with the legal obligation to avoid the application of penalties against them.
