Munsi Discusses Border Control with Syrian Chargé d'Affaires
Lebanese Defense Minister Michel Menassa met with the Syrian Chargé d'Affaires to discuss border control, security coordination, and Israeli attacks.

Minister of National Defense Major General Mishal Menassa received at his office in Yarzé the Chargé d'Affaires of the Syrian Embassy in Lebanon, Iyad Al-Hazaa. They discussed relations between the two countries and ways to enhance joint coordination, particularly regarding border control and security cooperation among relevant agencies, contributing to strengthening security and stability on both sides of the border.
The meeting also included a review of current developments in the region, ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanon and Syria, and their implications for the security and stability of both countries.
Menassa also received Director General of General Security Major General Hassan Shaker. They discussed general security conditions and several files related to the work of security agencies and ways to enhance coordination and cooperation among them, serving the security and stability of the country.
