President Aoun heads to France... This is what his speech will focus on at the Paris Conference
President Michel Aoun is set to address the Paris Conference, emphasizing Lebanon's situation—particularly in the south—and the state's efforts to advance negotiations and restore sovereignty.

"Nidaa al-Watan" learned that President of the Republic Joseph Aoun, who is departing today for the French capital to attend tomorrow's Paris Conference, will focus his speech on explaining the Lebanese situation, particularly in the south, and on the steps taken by the state to move forward with negotiations and restore its authority. He will also stress the importance of supporting the Lebanese Army, underlining that Lebanon's security cannot be ensured without a strong army and security apparatus, and will reaffirm that weapons must be exclusively in the hands of the legitimate state and that state authority must be fully established across all its territories.
