The European Commission announced today, Tuesday, that it will host a meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, regarding Ukraine, with representatives from the United States, Ukraine, NATO, and several European allies participating.

Commission spokesperson Paula Pinho stated during a press conference in Brussels that the meeting will include representatives from Ukraine, the United States, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, NATO, and the World Bank, noting that it follows previous talks held in Miami.

A source familiar with the matter told Reuters that the participating delegations will discuss a "prosperity plan" for Ukraine, along with the security guarantees provided to it.

US envoy Steve Witkoff had previously announced that the meeting would take place in Brussels.

Witkoff added that the United States will hold a subsequent meeting in Abu Dhabi on November 10 and 11, with Ukrainian and Russian delegations attending, to discuss ways to end the war in Ukraine, post-war security agreements, and de-escalation of tensions.
