Army Commander Inspects Units in Bekaa and Emphasizes Priority of Internal Stability
General Rodolphe Haykal, the Lebanese Army Commander, inspected units in the Bekaa region and emphasized the priority of maintaining internal stability.

Army Commander General Rodolphe Haykal inspected the Sixth Infantry Brigade at the Mohammad Makki Barracks in Baalbek and the Ninth Brigade at the Ahmad Tbeikh Barracks in Laboué, as well as the Second Land Border Regiment at the Elias Khoury Barracks in Ras Baalbek. He reviewed operational tasks in the sectors of responsibility, met with officers and soldiers, and congratulated them on the occasion of Army Day, expressing his pride in their achievements and professional performance, considering that this performance earns the trust of the Lebanese people.
He said: "I salute your loyalty and faith in your mission, and I trust your awareness and determination. I urge you to exert more effort because our people deserve all our dedication and sacrifice."
Referring to the complex circumstances in which the military institution operates, General Haykal affirmed that the leadership's priority is maintaining internal stability and ensuring readiness and preparedness for any developments.
He also offered condolences to the families of army martyrs, praising their courage and loyalty in performing their duty.
