Some residents of Housh Al-Harima in West Bekaa blocked the public road between Marj and Jbein at the Housh Al-Harima point using burning tires, diverting traffic to secondary roads. The protest was against the Ministry of Education's decisions to transfer the school to Marj and refer the school principal to the Central Inspection Authority, demanding the appointment of a new principal and the completion of the academic year at the town's high school.
After half an hour, the road was reopened normally for passersby.
