The Legal Office of Fadlallah Declares Tuesday as Start of Hijri Year

The Legal Office at the institution of Grand Ayatollah Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah issued a statement declaring that Tuesday, June 16, marks the start of the new Hijri year 1448 AH and the beginning of the sacred month of Muharram.
