Upcoming Lebanon-Israel Talks to Be Military, Starting Mid-October

Political sources told "Al Jadeed" that "the new round of talks between Lebanon and Israel will be held at the military level only, with the expected date in the second half of October."

They noted that "it is not possible to determine the course of the next phase or the scenarios Netanyahu might resort to as Israeli elections approach."

Additionally, a political source told "Al Jadeed" that "Lebanon's commitment to government decisions and the framework agreement enjoys international support and has contributed to the beginning of an economic opening, manifested by Emirati interest, Saudi agreements, and Qatari facilities for Lebanese citizens."
