US Vice President JD Vance Urges Lebanese Christians to Hold Firm to Their Faith
US Vice President JD Vance addressed Lebanese Christians, urging them to maintain their faith amid regional tensions linked to Hezbollah's presence.

US Vice President JD Vance delivered a message to Christians in Lebanon, urging them to hold steadfast to their faith in Jesus Christ. He assured them that they have allies within the US government who are committed to promoting peace.
Vance highlighted that Christians in Lebanon face violence largely because Hezbollah, which is based in Lebanon, operates there. He identified Hezbollah as the primary cause of the violence affecting Lebanese Christians.
He explained that Hezbollah's attacks on Israel provoke Israeli defensive responses, which perpetuate the ongoing conflict.
Vance also emphasized that peace sometimes requires time to become firmly established.
He concluded by stating that Lebanon's future depends on the ability of various parties to prevent Hezbollah from dragging the country back into war.
