What Was Discussed Between Menassa and the Kuwaiti Ambassador?

Minister of National Defense Major General Michel Menassa received the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Lebanon, Mohammed Sultan Al-Sharji, at his office in Yarzé today. The meeting reviewed general conditions in Lebanon and the region, particularly what Kuwait experienced during the recent war. They also followed up on the status of the Kuwaiti grant provided to the Lebanese Army.

Major General Menassa also met with the representative of the Patriarch of Antioch and All the East to the Russian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Neven Saikali, and the Bishop of Chelyabinsk and Miass, Metropolitan Alexei, along with a delegation, in a farewell visit marking the end of their stay in Lebanon. Several general topics were discussed during the meeting.
