Lebanon's Meteorological Department forecasts a shift from warm, stable autumn weather to rain and thunderstorms starting Sunday afternoon.

The Estimation Department at the Meteorological Directorate of the Civil Aviation Authority predicted that tomorrow's weather will be partly cloudy with high clouds, a further rise in temperatures, high humidity, and occasionally active winds.
The bulletin stated the following:
-General Situation: Stable and warm autumn weather dominates Lebanon and the Eastern Mediterranean Basin with temperatures above seasonal averages until noon on Sunday, when it turns unstable, temperatures drop, and scattered rains fall occasionally.
Average temperatures for October: Tripoli between 20 and 28°C, Beirut 21 and 29°C, Zahle between 13 and 27°C.
-Expected Weather in Lebanon:
Friday: Partly cloudy with a slight rise in temperatures and low humidity, and sometimes active north winds.
Saturday: Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with high clouds, a further rise in temperatures, high humidity, and sometimes active winds.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy with medium and high clouds, a drop in temperatures returning them to seasonal averages. Humidity rises from the afternoon onwards, clouds thicken, fog forms over the heights, scattered rains fall, intensifying sometimes especially in southern and inland areas with lightning, thunder, and active winds.
Monday: Mostly cloudy without significant change in temperatures and fog over the heights. Light scattered rains fall especially in northern areas during the morning period, with weather gradually improving during the day.
-Temperatures on the coast range from 20 to 31 degrees, over the mountains from 12 to 28 degrees, and inland from 14 to 32 degrees.
-Surface Winds: North to east, sometimes active, speeds ranging between 15 and 35 km/h
-Visibility: Good
-Relative Humidity on the Coast: Between 40 and 65%
-Sea Condition: Choppy, Water Surface Temperature: 28°C
-Atmospheric Pressure: 764 mmHg.
