The Information Commission of the Progressive Socialist Party issued a statement saying that the Secretary of the "Democratic Gathering" MP Hadi Abu Al-Hassan was subjected to an assault with a military weapon while performing a social duty in the town of Qabaih, but he succeeded in controlling the attacker and neutralizing him before executing his plan.
Issued by the Information Commission of the Progressive Socialist Party, the following statement:
The Secretary of the “Democratic Gathering” MP Hadi Abu Al-Hassan, while performing a social duty in the town of Qabaih, was subjected to an assault with a military weapon, but he succeeded in controlling the attacker and neutralizing him before executing his plan, to complete his social duty, before leaving the place calmly after things returned to normal.
Accordingly, the “Progressive” places this fabricated attempt to kill in the custody of the judicial authority and security agencies, to find out the real backgrounds behind it.
The “Progressive” calls on the security agencies to deal firmly with any security breach that threatens public peace, stressing the need for calm, deliberation, and waiting for official investigations.
