Parliament Speaker Nabih Beri received EU Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management, Hadja Lahbib, and her accompanying delegation at the second presidency headquarters in Ain el-Tineh. The meeting was also attended by EU Ambassador to Lebanon Sandra De Waele and Beri’s media advisor Ali Hamdan.
Discussions covered developments in the general situation in Lebanon and the region, as well as the latest field developments amid ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanon and the south, and their repercussions—particularly concerning the displacement file.
