Jdeidet Marjayoun municipality orders journalists and residents to stop filming or sharing footage of attacks within the town for safety reasons.
Journalists and media outlets have been ordered to refrain from filming or covering any attacks or bombings within the boundaries of Jdeidet Marjayoun, the town’s municipality announced. The directive, issued to protect public safety and the security of residents, also applies to citizens, who are prohibited from taking or circulating any visual material related to such events.
The municipality further stated that the publication or sharing of such scenes from inside the town is strictly forbidden, warning that violators will face legal responsibility.
