Lebanon President Aoun Discusses General Amnesty Law with MPs

A gathering at Baabda Palace on Wednesday saw President Joseph Aoun host Defense Minister Michel Menassa and a delegation of lawmakers to examine a draft law aimed at granting a general amnesty and exceptionally reducing certain prison sentences. The meeting included MPs Ashraf Rifi, Salim al-Sayegh, Michel Moawad, Ahmad al-Khair, Bilal Abdallah, Waddah Sadek, Firas Hamdan, and Ghada Ayoub.
