At the Paris photocall for “The Odyssey” on July 7, Anne Hathaway attracted attention wearing a custom Prada gown that combined minimalist design with delicate details. The floor-length dress featured a black column silhouette beneath a sheer, high-neck halter overlay.

The opaque underlayer of the dress wrapped around Hathaway’s baby bump and extended into a column skirt. Over this, a see-through mesh overlay created an illusion neckline held by a single string. Metallic gold and bronze beadwork, resembling insects, decorated the sheer fabric.

The back of the dress gathered at the neck and flowed downward in a cape-like fashion, adding movement as Hathaway walked.

Accessories and Styling Choices

Styled by Erin Walsh, Hathaway complemented the outfit with Bvlgari Serpenti high jewelry, including a multi-layered coiled diamond and yellow gold bracelet on her wrist and a wrap-around snake ring. She also wore platinum and yellow gold diamond earrings featuring emeralds as eyes, matching the serpentine theme.

Her footwear consisted of metallic gold Gianvito Rossi Manhattan slingbacks made of patent leather, with an open round toe, tonal covered stiletto heel, and an adjustable slingback strap with a pin-buckle. The gold tone of the shoes matched the dress embellishments.

Hathaway’s hair was styled in a classic blowout with soft layers framing her face. Her makeup included black eyeliner, luminous skin, and a neutral rosy pink lip.
