Filmmaker Tyler Perry has put his 22.5-acre Beverly Hills estate, once home to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, on the market for $57 million.

A $57 million price tag now sits on the Beverly Hills mansion that served as a temporary refuge for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following their relocation to the United States. Filmmaker Tyler Perry, who acquired the property in 2004 for $4.3 million, has listed the sprawling 22.5-acre estate for sale.
The Mediterranean-style residence is situated within the gated Beverly Ridge Estates community, offering the privacy that attracts high-profile tenants. The New York Post reports the home includes eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and expansive spaces designed for entertaining guests.
Perry’s ownership history with the property spans nearly two decades. Beyond its architectural scale, the estate’s secure enclave status made it a preferred location for celebrities. Over the years, the grounds reportedly hosted figures such as Oprah Winfrey and former President Barack Obama.
Harry and Markle utilized the estate after moving to the U.S. in 2020. In a 2021 interview conducted by Oprah Winfrey, Markle explained the arrangement: “We needed a house and he offered security as well.” This period marked their initial phase of life outside the royal duties in the United Kingdom.
This listing is not an isolated transaction for the filmmaker. Perry is simultaneously selling a separate property in Jackson Hole for $39.5 million. Earlier this month, he disclosed plans to relocate to Puerto Rico at the beginning of 2027.
“Yep, moving to Puerto Rico at the top of the year, and I’m pulling back a whole lot,” Perry stated regarding his future plans. Santiago Arana, the agent handling the listings, told Bloomberg News, “He’s pulling back from the public eye.” The sale occurs shortly after Harry and Markle returned to the United Kingdom.
