After Years of Rejection, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner Crack This Ultra-Exclusive Club
Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have reportedly been granted membership at Florida’s exclusive Indian Creek Country Club.

A source confirmed to Page Six that Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner successfully obtained membership at the ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Country Club in Florida. The individual stated that a “notice to membership” would be distributed, explicitly noting, “The Kushners did get in.”
The couple initially acquired a lot valued at over $30 million on the gated island, often referred to as the “Billionaire Bunker,” in 2020. They subsequently expanded their holdings by purchasing additional property. Reports indicated that their application for club membership had previously encountered opposition due to political sentiments regarding President Donald Trump, Ivanka’s father.
Obstacles from political sentiment
Back in January 2021, a source told Page Six that objections were widespread following the events at the Capitol on Jan. 6. The source explained that a single member can block any new applicant, adding, “Jared and Ivanka can lunch with their fellow ‘patriots’ at Mar-a-Lago.”
In the intervening period, the couple focused on cultivating relationships with local neighbors. Existing club members invited Ivanka to play golf. In August, The Wall Street Journal reported that Kushner had been appointed as a council member on Indian Creek Village’s governing board.
That report suggested improved prospects for their admission. “The social tide is turning,” the article noted. It cited a person familiar with the club’s current thinking who said, “Jared and Ivanka are edging ever closer to club membership.”
Exclusivity limits access
Securing entry remains a potentially lengthy process given the scarcity of space. Indian Creek Village, an elite island near Miami, reportedly contains only 41 residences.
Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez are also reportedly awaiting membership approval. Despite owning three properties on the island with a combined real estate value of $234 million, they have not yet gained access. A source commented, “No one is going to make it easy because he is Jeff Bezos.” The source added, “You have to go to mixers. You don’t just move there and think you can get in. For anyone.”
Mark Zuckerberg and members of the Qatari royal family, who reside in the neighborhood, have reportedly not been granted access either. Current and former residents include Carl Icahn, Norman Braman, Don Shula, Robert Diener, Adriana Lima, Eddie Lampert, and Jeff Soffer.
