BMW and LEGO set August 1 launch for M3 E30
BMW and LEGO will launch a $29.99 Speed Champions set of the BMW M3 E30 on August 1, 2026, with 358 pieces and printed elements.

At $29.99, LEGO’s BMW M3 E30 arrives as a 358-piece Speed Champions set that goes on sale August 1, 2026. BMW and LEGO are marking the model’s 40th anniversary this year with the release.
Set 77263 measures 17 cm long and 7 cm wide. It reflects the E30’s square hood, round dual headlights, kidney grilles made with fork-shaped bricks, and a rear wing.

Printed elements are used on the hood, roof and wheels instead of stickers. The set also includes a minifigure driver wearing a BMW M T-shirt.
BMW will sell a real organic-cotton version of that shirt through dealers and lifestyle.bmw.com from August 1. LEGO.com says the two companies’ design teams worked together on a shared livery, rather than LEGO licensing a BMW color scheme.

The pattern uses red, blue, black and white and is drawn from M Motorsport heritage. BMW will unveil a full-size E30 showcar in Berlin on August 1, and the same graphics will appear on it.

During development, the design teams visited BMW’s Munich headquarters. The set is already available for pre-order on LEGO.com and BMW.com.
BMW Group Global Press says the set will be stocked at LEGO stores and BMW dealerships. It is priced below premium Technic builds such as the M4 GT3 EVO, which has 747 pieces and costs $400+.

Authentic E30s now trade for six figures on the collector market, per Carscoops. That leaves the LEGO version as the more accessible option for fans of BMW’s motorsport history.
