KJ Biermann, son of Kim Zolciak, filed a motion on October 14 seeking reconsideration of an October 5 court order in his sexual battery case.

KJ Biermann has formally requested that a Georgia judge revisit a prior ruling issued in the ongoing sexual battery and sodomy proceedings against him. The teenager, identified as the 15-year-old offspring of former Real Housewives of Atlanta personality Kim Zolciak and ex-NFL athlete Kroy Biermann, faces allegations of sexually assaulting a peer at a local gym facility.
Records accessed by Page Six indicate that Biermann submitted legal papers on October 14 challenging the validity of the court’s decision from October 5, 2026. Both the newly filed motion and the original order remain under seal. Additionally, the defense sought a certificate of immediate review regarding the same judicial directive. A hearing took place on October 14, during which Biermann was not obligated to attend.
This procedural step follows closely after the adolescent entered a plea of not guilty across all seven felony counts associated with the charges. He also declined a formal arraignment process. His attorney, Jason Sheffield, petitioned for the transfer of future hearings to the Fulton County Juvenile Court system.
Authorities detained Biermann on August 17. Subsequently, a grand jury in Gwinnett County indicted him in September on seven felony offenses. The list of charges includes aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment, and three separate counts of sexual battery involving a victim under the age of 16.
Judicial officials later authorized Biermann’s release upon posting a $200,000 bond. This liberty came subject to stringent conditions, including mandatory electronic monitoring, enrollment in virtual schooling, and strict prohibitions on contacting the alleged victim or any individual aged 16 or younger.
