Al-Nassr suffered a bitter defeat which halted their points tally at 79 points at the top of the standings with 3 rounds remaining in the Roshn League.
Al-Nassr is 5 points clear of second-placed Al-Hilal, while Al-Hilal has a postponed match against Al-Khaleej next Tuesday.
Al-Hilal still has a golden opportunity to reduce the gap before the anticipated derby match against Al-Riyadh.
Al-Nassr will play an anticipated match against rival Al-Hilal on May 12 in the Saudi capital Riyadh derby in the 32nd round of the Saudi League.
Ronaldo said via his official account on X: "One mission.. we must continue to work together."
Al-Nassr is looking to win the Roshn Saudi League title this season after a long absence since the 2018-2019 season.
Ronaldo participated in the Al-Qadisiyah match but did not score Al-Nassr's goal, which was scored by Portuguese João Félix.
Al-Qadisiyah's three goals were scored by Mohammed Abu Al-Shamat, Musaab Al-Juwayr, and Julián Quiñones.
