The prescription used for this transaction was allegedly written using a doctor’s stolen Drug Enforcement Administration registration and medical provider identification details. This specific incident reportedly occurred on February 21, while the warrant itself was issued on September 22.

Regarding the possession charges, the lawyer noted they appear to allege she possessed the aforementioned Alprazolam upon obtaining it from the pharmacy via the prescription written by the doctor.
