Apple Music in iOS 27 Introduces Redesigned Artist and Album Pages
Apple Music on iOS 27 receives design updates for artist and album pages along with system-wide Liquid Glass enhancements.

The Apple Music app in iOS 27 is undergoing several enhancements, featuring redesigned layouts for two primary sections: the artist pages and album pages, according to 9TO5MAC.
iOS 27 improves the Liquid Glass feature and introduces a new slider that allows users to customize the design's appearance to their preference. Alongside these broad system updates, the release also includes specific design modifications for Apple Music.
Redesign of Artist and Album Pages
Within iOS 27, Apple Music presents artist pages and album pages with a fresh design. The updated artist pages are currently available in the iOS 27 beta version. In this new design, the artist's image blends seamlessly with the content below, while the color scheme derived from the image enhances the overall aesthetic of the page.
Artist information, the play button, and the like button are now positioned centrally beneath the artist's name. Additionally, featured music—such as a recent release or an upcoming work—is displayed in a separate highlighted box.
The album pages are also set to receive updates in iOS 27; however, these changes are not yet present in the beta version. During a presentation showcasing hundreds of iOS 27 updates, Apple noted improvements to both Apple Music’s artist pages and album pages.
It is expected that the initial version of the redesigned album pages will appear in the next two beta releases of iOS 27.
