GTA VI Amazon Brazil Listing Reveals November Launch and $79.99 Price
Amazon Brazil's listing for GTA VI reveals a November 19 release date, the largest Rockstar map yet, dual protagonists, and a $79.99 price for the Standard Edition.

Amazon Brazil's product page for GTA VI has revealed detailed information about the game ahead of its official announcement, including a November 19, 2026 release date for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The listing went live on June 25, offering pre-orders for the Standard Edition at $79.99 / £69.99 and the Ultimate Edition at $99.99 / £89.99.
The game’s setting, named Leonida, is described as a Florida-inspired state featuring Vice City at its core. This map is said to be the largest open world Rockstar Games has ever created, encompassing beaches, suburbs, swamps, and smaller towns designed to deliver "unparalleled immersion."
Players will control two protagonists, Jason and Lucia, with Lucia marking the first playable female lead in the modern GTA series since its 1997 inception. The gameplay allows real-time switching between the two characters during missions, each possessing unique skills that influence story progression and tactical choices. The relationship between the protagonists is compared to a Bonnie-and-Clyde partnership, expanding on the multi-character system introduced in GTA V.
The listing also details the game's dynamic world, where NPCs follow AI-driven daily routines to create a less scripted environment. Integration of social media is part of the gameplay, with in-game smartphones streaming viral content and offering access to side missions and Vice City influencers through virtual social networks.
On the technical side, the game is reported to feature advanced ray tracing, global illumination, and dynamic weather effects, with specific optimizations for the PS5 Pro. However, analysts from Digital Foundry have expressed skepticism about the PS5 Pro maintaining 60 FPS due to the density of NPCs and lighting effects. The base PS5 and Xbox Series X versions are expected to run at 30 FPS. Rockstar has not officially confirmed any frame-rate options.
Physical copies of GTA VI will be available a week before the digital launch, on November 12, but will include a download code rather than a disc. Pre-orders are currently open at major retailers in the UK and US. The $79.99 price point for the Standard Edition sets a new benchmark for AAA titles on current-generation consoles.
