Honor Unveils New Smartphone with Competitive Features

Honor has revealed its newest smartphone, designed to rank among the top mobile devices in terms of battery capacity and technical specifications.

The Honor X80 Pro Max boasts a sleek design with water and dust resistance certified to IP68/IP69K standards. Its dimensions measure 162.2 by 77 by 8.1 millimeters, and it weighs 203 grams.

Equipped with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display, the phone offers a resolution of 1280 by 2788 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a pixel density of approximately 452 pixels per inch. The screen brightness can reach up to 10,000 nits.

Operating on Android 16 with MagicOS 10 interface, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor and an Adreno 812 GPU. It comes with RAM options of 8 or 12 gigabytes and internal storage variants of 128, 256, or 512 gigabytes.

The main camera has a resolution of 50 megapixels and supports 4K video recording, while the front-facing camera has an 8-megapixel sensor.

Additional features include high-performance stereo speakers, a USB Type-C 2.0 port, NFC support, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and infrared technology for remote control of electronic devices. The phone is equipped with a large 11,000 mAh battery that supports 90-watt fast charging and offers 27-watt reverse charging capability for other phones and devices.
