Microsoft’s Xbox 25th-anniversary console is reportedly priced at $899.99 in the United States and €899.99 in Europe, with shipments scheduled for November 27 — Black Friday. The details emerged from billbil-kun, a French leaker associated with Dealabs and known for accurate hardware disclosures.
The Xbox Series X25 Limited Edition retains identical internal hardware to the standard Series X but features a translucent OG Green casing, referencing the original Xbox unveiled by Bill Gates and Dwayne Johnson in 2001. It includes 1TB of storage. A matching Xbox Wireless Controller X25 Special Edition is bundled, reintroducing color-coded ABXY buttons absent from Xbox controllers for years.
Controller pre-orders are set to open August 26 at Gamescom, where an official announcement is anticipated. Microsoft first teased the console on June 8 but has not disclosed pricing, release timing, or market distribution. UK pricing in GBP remains unconfirmed.
