Harry Maguire has taken an unconventional approach to the World Cup by selling Panini stickers on the streets of New York, despite not being selected for England’s squad.

According to ESPN, the Manchester United defender, who has earned 66 caps and scored seven goals for England, has been operating from a yellow Panini-branded van, wearing a cap and distributing stickers to fans.

Many pedestrians recognized Maguire and paused to take photographs, while videos of him handing out stickers have attracted millions of views on social media platforms.

In an Instagram story, Maguire expressed that it was enjoyable to meet supporters from across the globe.

He had earlier described missing the tournament as a shock and a devastating experience. Later, he spent time with Manchester United fans at a New York pub, where he participated in a Q&A session.
