An unidentified military aircraft conducted airstrikes on Houthi positions across several Yemeni provinces.

The body of former Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, who was killed in US-Israeli strikes, arrived in Tehran this morning.

Official media reported on Friday that the remains of Ali Khamenei had reached Tehran, specifically the religious complex where his funeral ceremonies are to be held.

Tehran announced that officials from approximately 100 countries will participate in Khamenei's funeral procession.

The official news agency IRNA stated via its Telegram channel that "the body of the martyred leader of the Islamic Revolution has arrived at the Grand Imam Khomeini Prayer Hall," using the formal name of the complex.

Images showed mourners carrying Khamenei's coffin draped with the Iranian flag's three colors into the Imam Khomeini Prayer Hall, named after the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is one of the main venues for official ceremonies in the country.

Other photographs depicted crowds dressed in black during pre-funeral rituals, with the coffin placed against a backdrop of red flowers and white butterflies suspended in the air.

Preparations are underway for the public funeral of Khamenei, initially postponed during the peak of the war, while Iran and the United States maintain a ceasefire following the signing of a preliminary memorandum of understanding to halt hostilities.

In the absence of Mojtaba, a "farewell ceremony" was held for Ali Khamenei, alongside the funeral of the Supreme Leader's wife.

On Thursday evening, a "final farewell ceremony" for the body of former Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei took place near the "Imam Khomeini Hosseiniyeh," close to the location Iranian authorities claim was the site of his killing.

The ceremony saw wide attendance from families of those killed during the war and preceded the official funeral events announced by Iranian authorities, which will include delegations and figures from inside and outside Iran.
