On Thursday morning, the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army reported that the country's air defense units successfully repelled attacks involving hostile missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles.

The General Staff issued a statement, conveyed by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), clarifying that the explosion sounds heard were the result of the air defense systems intercepting the hostile attacks. The statement called on all individuals to follow the security and safety guidelines issued by the relevant authorities.

The General Staff urged citizens and residents to avoid approaching the sites where debris from the interception operations fell. It also requested refraining from photographing or sharing such images on social media platforms to preserve public security and safety.
