Legitimacy Coalition: 100 Fighter Jets Join 'Dawn of Yemen' Operation; 324 Targets Destroyed
The coalition supporting legitimacy in Yemen announced that 100 fighter jets participated in the 'Dawn of Yemen' operation, destroying 324 high-value targets.

The official spokesperson for the Forces Supporting Legitimacy in Yemen, Major General, announced the participation of 100 fighter jets in the "Dawn of Yemen" operation, which launched today (Monday). Al-Maliki stated in tweets on the X platform: We destroyed 324 high-value targets with the launch of the "Dawn of Yemen" operation.
He confirmed that coalition forces provide air support to the Yemeni Armed Forces on the ground around the clock, secure aerial protection for the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, and continuously engage moving targets.
Major General Al-Maliki had previously affirmed that the Joint Forces Command of the coalition continues to provide full operational support to the Yemeni Armed Forces and stands with the legitimate Yemeni government and the brotherly Yemeni people to end the coup and restore the state and its national institutions to build Yemen's future.
He clarified that the ongoing terrorist attacks by the Houthi militia and repeated practices against the sons of the Yemeni people, including internal sieges, forced displacement of citizens from their cities and villages, and starvation, constitute blatant violations that have brought calamity and suffering to Yemenis for many years. He pointed to the militia's looting and sharing of Yemeni resources, directing them toward what they call the war effort, insulting sheikhs and tribal members, tearing apart the social fabric of Yemeni society across all segments, terrorizing women, and recruiting children for their criminal project.
He added that the Houthi militia's attacks on the Kingdom and attempts to target Mecca and Medina, along with deliberate and systematic targeting of civilians and civilian facilities in several Saudi cities (Riyadh, Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, Najran, Taif, and Yanbu), as well as attempts to target the Kingdom's ships in the southern Red Sea and Bab el-Mandeb, necessitate the continuation of necessary measures to deter the hostile acts of the terrorist militia in order to protect the security and sovereignty of the Kingdom and regional and international security.
Al-Maliki affirmed the Kingdom's inherent right to defend its sovereignty, protect its security, and take all operational measures to deter this militia and stop its grave violations, based on its national responsibility towards the Two Holy Mosques, its citizens, its national assets, and residents on its soil. He stressed the continued support for Yemen and its brotherly people until the restoration of the state and its institutions, the elimination of the terrorist Houthi militia, and the end of its threat to freedom of maritime navigation in the southern Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, considering this threat a undermining of regional and international security, a threat to freedom of navigation and international trade, the backbone of the global economy, and an infringement on international regional security and the national interests of all countries.
