A phone conversation between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad centered on regional and international issues, with a focus on developments in the area and efforts to bolster security and stability. The call was initiated by the Saudi crown prince, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
During the discussion, the two leaders reviewed bilateral relations and ways to enhance joint cooperation across various sectors. Qatar’s official news agency stated that the pair examined the strong ties linking their countries and explored avenues for further development to serve mutual interests and fulfill the aspirations of both nations.
The Saudi crown prince and the Qatari emir also exchanged views on several topics of shared concern. Both sides, as per the same Qatari source, underscored the importance of maintaining ongoing coordination and consultation on various matters, emphasizing its role in supporting peace and security at both the regional and international levels.
