Syria: Three Security Personnel Killed in Daraa During Clash with Armed Militants
Three security personnel were killed and several others injured in Daraa during an operation to arrest a wanted suspect, according to Syria's internal security forces.

Syrian Internal Security Forces announced, "three members of the Internal Security Forces were killed and several others injured during an operation to apprehend a wanted individual in the city of Al-Sanamin in the countryside of Daraa, where a group of armed militants led by the wanted person targeted the patrol and engaged in combat with its members during the mission."
In a statement, it confirmed, "that it continues its presence in the city and is pursuing members of the group and those involved in the attack, while the Internal Security Forces command in the governorate has imposed a temporary curfew in the city of Al-Sanamin until the security situation stabilizes," emphasizing "that it will continue pursuing all those involved in the attack and will not hesitate to take measures against them."
