US President Donald Trump has demanded that oil refiners and retailers immediately lower prices, claiming crude costs will collapse after the Iran war ends.

US President Donald Trump, early Saturday morning, demanded that oil companies and traders begin cutting prices immediately, asserting that oil prices will collapse like never before once the war with Iran is over.
Trump said: "Oil refiners and retailers must start lowering prices immediately as we are providing them with massive quantities of oil," adding: "Oil prices are already falling significantly and will continue to decline; we control the Strait of Hormuz."
He added that "the volume of oil passing through the Strait of Hormuz today is greater than it was before the war," noting that "Russia agreed today to send millions of barrels of diesel to the United States."
Regarding the conflict with Tehran, he stated: "Iran is in a big trouble and suffering from 300% inflation. Iran has no money, and its army and police officers are not receiving their salaries," continuing: "We have taken full control of the Strait of Hormuz thanks to the US military."
He went on to say: "The Iran file will be settled very quickly one way or another. Either Iran gives us everything we want, or it will cease to exist."
