Yemeni Armed Forces reported executing over 1,900 targeting operations against Houthi positions within the last 24 hours as part of the "Dawn of Yemen" military operation.

Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Saturday that they executed more than 1,900 targeting operations during the past twenty-four hours as part of the "Dawn of Yemen" military operation, stating that the strikes targeted military sites, weapons depots, and reinforcements belonging to the Houthi group across several fronts.
The spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces said the operations were carried out in the "eastern, western, and southwestern fronts," and included targeting "weapons and ammunition depots, fortifications, camps, and military sites, reinforcements, mobilization and assembly areas, field artillery positions, and means of transporting personnel and supplies," in addition to what he described as "legitimate and high-value military targets" inside Houthi-controlled areas.
Operation Tally
According to the military spokesperson's statement, the operations resulted in the "neutralization of more than 1,150 militia elements," as well as the "destruction and disabling of more than 180 combat, transport, and supply vehicles and means."
The statement considered these strikes to have "weakened the militia's ability to maneuver, provide support, and sustain its combat operations," at a time when military operations launched by the Yemeni government under the name "Dawn of Yemen" continue.
Ground Advance
In parallel with the announced air and fire operations, the Armed Forces stated that their ground forces continued to expand the scope of their field attacks, announcing the achievement of "new field progress" and the recapture of additional positions.
The statement added that government forces managed to "establish control over additional governing bodies and consolidate the gains achieved," without specifying the locations or areas where those developments occurred.
Escalation Within "Dawn of Yemen"
These developments come within the framework of the military operation recently launched by the Yemeni government to reclaim areas under Houthi control, amid indications of an expanding scope of clashes on several fronts.
No immediate comment was issued by the Houthi group regarding the figures and results announced by the government forces, while the military spokesperson described the tally in the statement as based on "preliminary field estimates."
The spokesperson said the operations also included targeting "reinforcements and mobilization and assembly areas" for the Houthis, confirming that government forces are continuing to develop their military operations and secure the positions they claim to have controlled in recent days.
