Creators on Facebook will soon have access to an AI assistant designed to offer personalized advice tailored to their content style, community, and objectives. This tool aims to simplify how creators understand their performance and engage with their audience.

Traditionally, creators rely on various charts and dashboards to analyze their content’s impact. The new AI assistant enables them to receive immediate answers to questions such as “When should I post?” or “What are people saying in my comments?”

Because the assistant operates through conversational interaction, creators can ask follow-up questions to explore topics more deeply, including changes in their audience over time. The responses are customized based on the creator’s own presence and provide suggestions on how to enhance their performance.

In addition to performance insights, the AI assistant offers content brainstorming support by identifying trending topics and audio. For instance, it might recommend incorporating popular sounds or creating content around current cultural events.

This assistant is currently being rolled out to creators located in the United States, Canada, and India, with plans to expand its features and availability to additional countries in the future.

By equipping creators with this AI tool, Meta aims to maintain their engagement on Facebook amid competition from platforms like TikTok and YouTube. Encouraging creators to post more frequently through content suggestions could also increase overall user interaction.

Providing in-app AI assistance eliminates the need for creators to use external tools such as ChatGPT for brainstorming or performance analysis, keeping them within Meta’s platform ecosystem.

Meta also revealed the expansion of AI-powered translation capabilities on Facebook, now supporting languages including Arabic, Bahasa Indonesian, French, Thai, and Vietnamese. These AI translations preserve the creator’s tone and voice while automatically converting content into other languages.

Introduced last year, this feature is designed to help creators reach broader audiences by overcoming language barriers. Creators can additionally use a lip-sync option that matches translated audio with their lip movements, enhancing the naturalness of the translation.

Meta reports that more than half a billion Facebook users watch AI-translated videos every week, indicating significant engagement with this feature.
