Qatar's UCC Holding Eyes New Oil and Gas Zones in Venezuela

Erik Kiskula, the head of the exploration and production sector at Qatari oil and gas firm UCC Holding, stated on Tuesday that the company is engaged in discussions regarding potential entry into new regions within Venezuela.

Recent Partnership with BP and ADNOC

Kiskula’s comments follow a partnership agreement finalized by the company last month. This deal involves collaboration with BP and a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) to execute the massive Laurent gas project located in Venezuelan waters.
