Arsenal’s Emirates Deal Extended to 2033 Amid £75m Guimaraes Signing

Emirates will continue as Arsenal’s front-of-shirt and training-wear sponsor—and retain naming rights to the Emirates Stadium—under a newly confirmed agreement extending their partnership until 2033. The renewal marks two decades of continuous collaboration, making Emirates the longest-serving front-of-shirt sponsor in the Premier League.

Renewal at a pivotal moment

The deal has been explicitly confirmed to arrive “at a pivotal moment in the club's history.” It coincides with multiple scheduled initiatives, including the upcoming Emirates Cup, set to begin later this month. Arsenal will face Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund in the 2026 edition this Sunday, with Emirates Airline President Sir Tim Clark expected to attend alongside the club’s senior management.

Transfer activity accelerates

Arsenal recently agreed a £75 million transfer to sign Bruno Guimaraes from Newcastle United. Vinicius Jr. of Real Madrid has also been identified as a summer target. Club chief executive Richard Garlick stated: “Winning the Premier League is an incredibly proud moment in our club's history and one that belongs to everyone connected with Arsenal.”

Mikel Arteta’s squad has already played two pre-season warm-up matches. Their final friendly is scheduled for next Wednesday against Como, managed by former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas. The Community Shield clash with Manchester City follows the subsequent weekend, and Arsenal’s Premier League title defence opens on Friday, August 21 at Emirates Stadium versus Coventry City.
