Mbappé Resumes Full Training as France Prepares for Turkey Clash
Kylian Mbappé rejoined France’s group training on Wednesday after missing Tuesday’s session due to flu-like symptoms, strengthening the squad ahead of its Nations League match against Turkey on Friday.

Kylian Mbappé has resumed full participation in France’s national team training sessions, delivering a significant boost to the squad just days before its UEFA Nations League fixture against Turkey.
The Real Madrid forward returned to collective drills on Wednesday, following his absence from Tuesday’s second training session. He had been sidelined by flu-like symptoms, which also led him to skip lunch with teammates and remain in his room the previous day — though he was not placed under any form of health quarantine.
According to French sports network RMC, Mbappé’s return completes the roster ahead of the upcoming match. Earlier, on Monday, he had taken part only in indoor gym work alongside 10 other internationals who had started for their clubs over the weekend.
Wednesday’s session began with approximately 20 minutes of indoor physical conditioning inside the gymnasium, followed by an intense on-pitch training session focused heavily on tactical execution.
The preparation is specifically geared toward optimizing readiness for the Nations League encounter scheduled for Friday. The French national team is set to depart for Turkey on Thursday morning.
This marks a critical moment as the team enters a new era under Zinedine Zidane’s leadership — with Mbappé’s availability removing uncertainty about his fitness ahead of the Turkey match.
